Mike and his wife Janice both became Christians in December 1985. They were married in July 1987 and they have two teenage children, Jessica and Joshua.
Mike worked for 12 years as a chef in various country house hotels in England and reached the position of chef patissier and sous chef. During that time Mike knew that God was preparing him and his family for the ministry.
In January 1994 Mike moved, with his family, to Halesowen to attend The International School of Ministry, an Elim recognised training school that was run by the late Neal Stephenson.
In January 1996, Mike joined OAC Ministries West Midlands as a staff evangelist and in 1997 became the branch director, involved in taking school assemblies, holding open air meetings, training people in all aspects of evangelism and children's work.
In December 2000, Mike Joined International Mission Support (IMS Mission) as the European and African Director. While working for IMS Mike had the privilege to see many 1000’s of people respond to the call of salvation around the world and has seen many people impacted by the Spirit of God, healed and set free from the kingdom of darkness. IMS also had opportunities to plant churches, build schools and dig fresh water wells.
